Dawn is passionate about fitness, and personally knows that life throws many obstacles in the way of a healthy lifestyle. She is a wife, mother of two, and works a full time job. She believes that with a little effort anyone of us can maintain a healthy and fit lifestyle! She is a certified personal trainer thru the ISSA. Dawn’s goal is to help others achieve their personal fitness goals.
Whether it be to help them lose weight, or improve their functional performance. Dawn is currently leading our level one TruFit class and is doing a great job!
