Tuesday and Thursday at 5:00pm

Dr Kevin leads our beginner TrueStrength class by setting a fun and comfortable pace allowing everyone to focus on mastering the fundamentals. We will include barbell lifts, kettlebells, dumbbells, and bodyweight exercises while getting in a great workout focusing on proper movement and safe body mechanics. This is an open class, available to any skill and fitness level.

Our advanced TrueStrength class, led by Dr Kevin, is a mix of barbell lifts to improve strength, power, and athletic performance, and a fast-paced conditioning workout using kettlebells, dumbbells, and bodyweight exercises. Natural progressions throughout the year will introduce new lifts while focusing on proper movement and safe body mechanics. This is an advanced class, available to any individual that has been through our beginner class or already has advanced skill and fitness levels.

obstacle course basics: $125/month

Tuesday and Thursday at 7:00pm

It is no secret that our gym has been involved with Obstacle Course Racing (OCR) for a long time. OCR has evolved a great deal since its early years, and we have come up with a brand- new class that is also a natural evolution in our training method for these different events. This will be more of an experience than the traditional “METCON” style workout class. We will break out into groups, review the weekly challenges, recognize our strengths and weaknesses, and learn to master all of the OCR basics. Successful completion of this class will allow you to enter any Obstacle Course Race with confidence, knowing that you will be able to conquer any obstacle and adapt to any challenge that you may face along the way. There are no prerequisites or fitness levels required to sign up for this class led by Dr Kevin.

Are you new to kettlebell training or perhaps want to focus on your technique? This class is designed to teach you the fundamentals of kettlebell training in a fun, focused group class setting. If you’re new to kettlebells or want to improve your technique, this class is for you! Develop strength, power, and endurance while building upon skills to progress towards more advanced training. This class aims to set the foundation for a new series of classes that build upon movements and skills coached by Sarah Zagorce.
