Dr. Kevin leads our TrueStrength class by setting a fun and comfortable pace allowing everyone to focus on mastering the fundamentals. We will learn and master kettlebell, dumbbell, and bodyweight exercises while getting in a great workout focusing on proper movement and safe body mechanics. Natural progressions throughout the year will introduce new exercises while focusing on proper movement and safe body mechanics. This is an open class, available to any skill and fitness level. 

full body strength + endurance : $100/month

Saturday at 9:00 am

A fun hybrid class of strength and endurance, all fitness levels and backgrounds are welcome. This class is a great addition to your existing workout routine or used as a standalone weekly workout to help keep you on track. Come in and workout with us to get your Saturday started off on the right foot! This class is included with all of our personal training and group class memberships.
