Tuesday and Thursday at 5:00pm

Dr Kevin leads our beginner TrueStrength class by setting a fun and comfortable pace allowing everyone to focus on mastering the fundamentals. We will include kettlebells, dumbbells, and bodyweight exercises while getting in a great workout focusing on proper movement and safe body mechanics. This is an open class, available to any skill and fitness level.

truestrength Level 2 group class: $125/month

Tuesday and Thursday at 6:00pm

This class will emphasize barbell and accessory work that you need to improve your overall strength. It is highly encouraged you begin with the basics class first before you begin this class. A dynamic warmup will be done first, and then we will focus on advanced strength training for the remainder of the class. This will be done in a controlled pace as to keep our heart rate down so that we may achieve our overall strength goals and allow for the opportunity to combine this class with the 7:00 Sweat + Stretch class!  

sweat + stretch class: $125/month

Tuesday and Thursday at 7:00pm

This class starts with 45 minutes of high-energy, full body training. Expect a combination of dynamic movements, interval training, and resistance work to elevate your heart rate, improve your endurance, while also building strength. The last 15 minutes are dedicated to guided mobility and stretching, promoting recovery, flexibility and injury prevention. All fitness levels are welcome, and modifications will be offered throughout the class to ensure everyone can move safely and effectively.

saturday mornings with alexa: $80/month

Saturday at 9:00 am

A fun hybrid class of strength and endurance, all fitness levels and backgrounds are welcome. This class is a great addition to your existing workout routine or used as a standalone weekly workout to help keep you on track. Come in and workout with us to get your Saturday started off on the right foot! This class is included with all of our personal training and group class memberships.
